Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based, and how far do you travel?

Our studio is in Fremont, at 42329 Osgood Rd., and we design across the San Francisco Bay Area - San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Livermore, Pleasanton, Danville, Walnut Creek, Hayward, Burlingame and Sausalito, out to Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg, Carmel and Monterey for weddings and larger installations.

What kinds of events do you take on?

Weddings, from ceremony installations through to reception tables. Corporate work - lobbies, brand activations, conferences and ongoing arrangements for offices and hospitality spaces. Social celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, showers and dinner parties. And everyday flowers, hand-tied in the studio.

How does pricing work for a wedding or an event?

Event florals are quoted rather than listed, because the number moves with your space, your palette, your guest count and what’s genuinely good that month. Tell us the date and the shape of the day and we’ll come back with ideas and a figure - no obligation, and no charge for the conversation.

Can I order flowers without booking an event?

Yes. Our shop has bouquets and arrangements designed and made in the studio, from a hand-wrapped seasonal bouquet to a generous centerpiece. If you’d like something specific that isn’t listed, call us and we’ll make it.

What should I have ready when I get in touch?

Whatever you have is enough to start. It helps to know the date, the venue if you’ve chosen one, a rough guest count, and a budget range - even a wide one. If you’ve been saving images, send them. We’d far rather see the thing you can’t quite describe than guess at it.

What happens after I send the form?

One of us reads it - it doesn’t sit in a queue - and comes back to you to start the conversation. From there it’s a call or a visit to the studio, then a proposal with the arrangements, the palette and the cost laid out clearly before anything is confirmed.
